We have had an overwhelming number of students enroll at FDA, so we recommend
completing this process asap to be sure you have secured your spot. See your March parent
letter for details

– BE SURE you are updating forms for 2024-2025
– Log into your account
– Update forms—basically checking your information and signing
– All forms must be “green” to have been successfully submitted.
