Final Forms will communicate with parents through email notifications.  Please be sure to provide a working email address.

Enrollment Update Effective January 12, 2022

Due to overwhelming enrollment, Findlay Digital Academy will begin a waiting list for applications for the current school year 2022/2023.   Once online applications have been submitted, students will be placed on the waiting list based on date/time of submission.  When spaces become available, FDA staff will work from the waiting list and will reach out to parents to determine if they are still interested in attending.  Thank you for your patience!
